Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General provisions

This Policy defines the procedure for processing personal data at MYLY TECH LLC (hereinafter — the Operator) and the measures taken to ensure their security. By using the myly.life website and submitting your data through forms on the site, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

3. What data we process

Through the forms on the site we collect the email address that you provide voluntarily.

When you submit a form, the Operator records and stores technical information confirming the fact of consent: an anonymised hash of your IP address (the IP address itself is not stored in its original form), information about your browser and device (User-Agent), the date and time, and the version of this Policy that you agreed to.

In addition, if you consent to analytics cookies, the site uses the Yandex.Metrica web analytics service, which automatically processes the IP address, cookie data, information about actions on the site, and browser and device type. Without consent to analytics, Yandex.Metrica is not loaded.

4. Categories of data subjects and data

The Operator processes the personal data of visitors to myly.life who have voluntarily provided their data through forms on the site. Special categories of personal data (article 10 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ) and biometric data are not processed.

5. Why we process data

to inform you about the launch of the MYLY product and provide early access;
to respond to your requests;
to analyse how the site works and improve it;
to record and confirm the fact of your consent to data processing (evidence for the regulator);
to ensure the security of the site and prevent abuse (rate limiting of requests, protection of forms against automated submissions).

6. Legal basis

Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent (clause 1, part 1, article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”), which you give by ticking the corresponding field when submitting the form.

7. Actions with personal data and processing procedure

The Operator carries out the following actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematisation, storage, use, anonymisation, blocking, and deletion. Processing is carried out by automated means using computer equipment, as well as without the use of such means. The Operator does not make decisions producing legal consequences solely on the basis of automated processing.

9. Personal data protection measures

The Operator takes the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying and distribution. These include: storing data on servers in the Russian Federation, access control, storing the IP address as an irreversible hash, and encryption of data transmission channels.

10. Where and how long data is stored

All data is stored on servers within the territory of the Russian Federation (article 18 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ). The email address is stored until the purposes of processing are achieved or until you withdraw your consent or request deletion; deletion is carried out within no more than 30 days from the request. The record confirming the fact of consent (without the original address) may be stored for up to 3 years for the purposes of protecting the Operator’s rights and confirming the lawfulness of processing.

11. Cross-border transfer

Cross-border transfer of personal data is not carried out.

12. Your rights

You have the right to request information about the processing of your data, to demand its correction or deletion, and to withdraw your consent to processing. To do so, send a request to help@myly.life.

You also have the right to appeal the Operator’s actions to the authorised body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects (Roskomnadzor) or to a court.

13. Withdrawal of consent

Consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn by sending an email to help@myly.life. After withdrawal, we stop processing and delete the data, unless there are other lawful grounds for storing it.

After receiving a withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and deletes the data within no more than 30 days, unless there are other lawful grounds for storing it.

14. Changes to the Policy

The Operator may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page. We notify you of changes by publishing a new version of the Policy with its date on this page.
